The study updates program

Orva Studies Network, at orvasn.com, sends recurring automated marketing text messages to people who give their mobile number on the Study updates page and check the text message box. The messages cover clinical research in the six areas Orva writes about, and your sign-up itself: its confirmation and the replies to HELP and STOP. Every message starts with [Orva].

The text message box is optional. Without it, Orva contacts you by email only.

Sent by Orva, and only Orva

Orva is not a referral or lead service. Your number, your consent and your answers stay with Orva, and no study team, sponsor or other business receives them. A text can tell you about research; it cannot put you in a study. To take part in a study, you contact its team, and that team decides.

Opting in

The Study updates page is the only place on orvasn.com that collects a mobile number. The text box there is never checked for you. After you sign up, Orva sends one message to confirm it.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, or of taking part in any study.

How often

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email, and sign up again later if you wish.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact us on (719) 701-8266 or at info@orvasn.com, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain.

Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. Everything else about your number is in the Privacy policy.
